Role OverviewAs a Kumbh Mitra (Friend of Kumbh), you will be part of a dedicated team ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of the pilgrims. Key Responsibilities Pilgrim Assistance Services:• Operating help desks to provide information on routes, facilities, and programs.• Assisting senior citizens and differently-abled individuals at the event venues. Program Coordination and Crowd Management:• Managing crowds smoothly at ghats, temples, and other key locations.• Collaborating with local authorities to ensure safe and efficient operations. Emergency Response and First Aid:• Providing basic first aid and directing pilgrims to medical facilities as needed.• Maintaining order and safety during emergency situations or evacuations.
